Q. I would like to use the A4N moisturizing hair cream on my daughter's hair but she is allergic to nuts. Does the A4N products contain nuts?
Yes! Many of our products contain oils from the tree nut family (e.g. Shea butter and Sweet Almond Oil). For example, Shea butter is extracted from the nut of the African Shea tree and may produce an allergic reaction if contact is made with a child who has a severe nut allergy. Since each child is different and can have varying degrees of nut allergies, please use your best judgment when using our products on children. It is recommended that a very small skin test is conducted prior to use. Again, use your best judgement. If something seems unusual, please discontinue use immediately.
Q. Do you sell sample sizes of your products?
At this time, A4N does not sell product sample sizes.

A4N currently ships to the Unites States and Canada only.

U.S. Shipping is FREE! Items shipped to Canada will incur a flat rate of $9.99. Each additional item is only $1.99. Total shipping is calculated during check-out.
Q. What carrier is used?
The U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail is used for all shipments.* You will receive an e-mail notification after your order has shipped. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery.
*If an alternate carrier is used, you will be notified via e-mail.
Q. Are there any special consideration for shipments to Canada?
Yes, orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Expected delivery is 8-14 business days (pending customs clearance). Please ensure there is a valid telephone number included in your order. Local taxes and custom duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied. Packages that are returned due to unpaid duties and customs will be charged an additional shipping fee.
Q. Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO locations?
Sure do! We handle all the work behind the scenes to ensure a smooth delivery.
Q. What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is important to us! If you are not completely satisfied with your items, you can request a full refund (minus shipping if applicable) within 14 days of receiving your order. Please send an e-mail to email@example.com to describe your concern and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The shipping address will be provided at that time.
The Customer will:
1. Send an e-mail requesting a return within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.
2. Include reason for return and RMA number in the package.
3. Ensure item is boxed, taped securely and the address is prominently displayed on the outside of the package.
4. Obtain a delivery confirmation receipt from the carrier to ensure the package reaches us (highly recommended)
The A4N Staff will:
1. Respond to the request for return inquiry within 24 hours of e-mail receipt
2. Provide shipping information and RMA number.
3. Once item is received, contact customer via e-mail to acknowledge receipt of the merchandise.
4. Complete refund transaction using PayPal's secure payment processing service.
Q. What forms of payment are accepted?
A. A4N has partnered with PayPal, the leader in online payment processing services to securely accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express credit cards. PayPal also has an option to submit payment using your PayPal account balance or bank accounts.
Q. Do I need a Paypal account to purchase items from the A4N store?
A. No, you are not required to have a Paypal account to make purchases. However, all payment transactions are processed through PayPal. You may, however, set-up an account at the Paypal site upon checkout if desired.
